Frillies Refund & Exchange Policy

At Frillies, we strive to ensure you are satisfied with every purchase. If you need to return or exchange an item, you may do so within 7 days of receiving your order, subject to the following conditions:

Return & Exchange Conditions

• All original tags and packaging must be intact.
• Items must be unworn, unused, and undamaged.
• The original purchase confirmation or receipt must be provided.

For hygiene and quality reasons, we maintain strict inspection standards before approving any return or exchange.

Refunds & Exchanges

• The refund or exchange amount will be processed based on the price paid at the time of purchase.
• Delivery charges are the responsibility of the customer in both refund and exchange cases.
• Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds or exchanges will be processed within 7 working days.
